Net Zero Passive House bridges the gap between providing affordable housing for average renters in South Florida and creating a sustainable building that combats the worst effects climate change in the region.

 

This 41 unit residential project includes 20% workforce housing units and achieves net zero by meeting the rigorous International Passive House Premium standard. Many resiliency measures are also included that provide premium amenities for residents including pervious paving for storm water management and an on site pool surrounded with native vegetation. The complex brings much needed housing to a reviving neighborhood and makes sustainable building and resiliency visible and comfortable for residents and the surrounding community.
