This two family house was in pretty rough shape and needed a full renovation.

The basement was dug out into a legitimate two bedroom apartment, while the upper two floors were duplexed into a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home. We introduced new heat pump heating and cooling systems, along with increased levels of insulation and hight performance windows to make the building more energy efficient and quieter.
