This three family townhouse in southern Carroll Gardens had not been well maintained in nearly 40 years. the bulk of the interior finishes were removed, leaving the original pine subfloors, stairs, and casing wherever possible. Two and a half baths and a new kitchen were inserted to harmonize with period-staple casings and doors.
