This development offers simple, modern, passive house living at a reasonable price. We utilized a modest 1.2 acre parcel near Ellenville, New York to create a three bedroom, two bathroom home that is designed to meet the Passive House low energy standard.

We oriented the views toward a natural rock outcropping, while preserving many of the tall pines on the property. Trees that needed to be cut down were milled locally and used as siding on the house. Some site holders were moved to create a fire pit area in front of the living room, while others provide view terminations.
