This two family home was fully renovated, with new windows, skylights, heating and cooling through heat pumps, and all new finishes for a creative family of four with a small rental. The work was designed and specified in conjunction with Jeff Hannoosh.

The aesthetic ranges from minimal, to modern recreations of the historical home, to preservation and reproduction work. The spaces are bright and airy, while maintaining the coziness of the original home and creating spaces for everyone in the family. (photographs by Allyson Lubow)
