The purpose of this office re-design was to eliminate underutilized spaces that were remnants of an illegal apartment (large kitchen and bathroom) and to create a space at once vibrant and quiet. Our proposal pushes the "office" aspects of the program to either end of the space and creates a porous hall between them, composed of storage, library and display space. This hall shields the resource and lounge space from the main entry and creates a cohesive activity area.
