PARK SLOPE TOWNHOUSE

In transitioning the function of this townhouse from a tenement-style five family into a three family condo, the owners wanted to maintain the ownership of the top floor unit and roof for the use of the family. Two one-bedroom units were combined and opened up, creating a new three-bedroom floor-though apartment with an internal stair and bulkhead up to a new roof deck and a green roof, which will serve as a place for respite.
